·         Ridership

Average weekday ridership for the month of October 2025 is 131,012 up by 1,442 or 1% from the previous year. Fiscal year-to-date ridership is 14,258,305, an increase of 2.4% from the previous year.

 

·         On-Time Performance

System-wide on-time performance is 69% for the month of October 2025. Out of a total of 113 routes, 48 routes achieved an on-time performance of over 80%, while one (1) route, Route 511 had an on-time performance below 50%.

 

The DTS and OTS Service Review Committee reviews service levels, including monthly on-time performance.

 

·         Service Delivery

The October service changes generated increased complaints, with the largest number relating to the cancellation of Route 20.

 

·         Safety and Security

The number of miles between major collisions for October was 371,838 miles.

 

·         Maintenance

The miles between mechanical road calls averaged 14,412 miles for the month.

 

·         Service Modifications

A summary of the service modifications that were implemented with the October sign-up and will remain in effect until the December sign-up.

 

-       A Line, replaced Route A CityExpress!.

-       U Line, new direct route to the University of Hawaii.

-       W Line, new line from the airport to Waikiki.

-       Route 20, discontinued.

-       Route 43, extended its eastern terminus to Waiawa Pearl Highlands Station.

-       Route 46, headway extended from 10 to 15 minutes.

-       Route 51, rerouted to serve Waiawa Pearl Highlands Station.

-       Route 303, discontinued.

-       Route 331, new route replacing Route 303 and interlines with Route PH8.
